The Client

Our client had a large property portfolio in Essex compromising over 23 properties. Within the portfolio were a mix of commercial assets, multi-unit blocks, leasehold apartments and freehold houses. They had an existing portfolio loan that had reached the end of its term and therefore needed to refinance their entire portfolio. Our client was currently using a private bank, however, wanted to look at alternative lenders, as they were not happy with the loan to value convents.
