Despite being informed by several brokers and lenders that he would not be eligible for a competitive rate until he had owned the property for 6 months, we were able to find a solution that allowed him to secure a new rate as soon as possible.
Leveraging our in-depth understanding of the client's income structure, we engaged in a detailed discussion with the bank, which enabled them to adopt a holistic view of the case.
The client's application presented a unique challenge as it involved four different income streams. To maximise their borrowing capacity, we selected a lender that considered both applicants' salaries and net profit at 100%, resulting in a higher lending amount.
Despite encountering some obstacles, we were able to provide our client with the necessary support to obtain the full loan amount they required. Additionally, we facilitated a swift completion to avoid any potential exposure to their lender's Standard Variable Rate (SVR).
